Chicken Burgers

For Burgers:
1¼ pounds ground chicken
1 egg
½ yellow onion, grated
Salt and ground black pepper, as required
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
For Serving:
4 cups lettuce, torn
1 cucumber, chopped

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Make 8 small equal-sized patties from the mixture.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the patties
    for about 4-5 minutes per side or until done completely.
